On each visit, I follow a consistent route through the site, capturing wide, mid and detail shots of the areas we’ve agreed on: foundations, framing, concrete pours, MEP rough-ins, finishes and exterior progress. If drone coverage is included, I also capture aerial views from repeatable angles. Safety and coordination with your team are handled professionally.Editing & Delivery
Photos and videos are edited for clarity, exposure and consistency, then delivered in organized folders by date and phase. You receive download links you can share with owners, investors, lenders, project managers and marketing teams. For final cinematic videos, I handle full editing: music, pacing and clean titles if needed.
