How It Works

Book Your Shoot
Send the property address, square footage, services you need (photos, twilight, drone, video, 3D, floor plans) and your ideal date/time. I’ll confirm the booking and pricing, and we’ll lock your spot on the calendar.
Shoot Day
I arrive on time, do a quick walkthrough to understand the flow of the home, then photograph every key space: entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, exteriors, yard and amenities. I’ll guide lights, blinds and minor adjustments so the property photographs at its best without wasting anyone’s time.
Editing & Delivery
After the shoot, I handle all editing: HDR blending, color correction, straightening lines and preparing separate sets for MLS, print and social media. You receive a download link with organized folders, ready to upload to the MLS, your website and your marketing channels.
