I arrive on time and move the 3D camera through the property, capturing a complete scan from room to room. Doors are opened, lights are turned on and the home is scanned in a logical path so the digital tour feels natural for buyers. -
Processing & Delivery
The scan is processed into a full 3D tour with dollhouse and floorplan views. Once it’s ready, I send you a link and embed code so you can add it to the MLS (where supported), your website, emails and social media.
